Megan Vail – Director
Megan Vail has been passionate about working with children since she was 16. Her journey began at summer camp, where she participated in Leadership in Training, Specialist in Training, and Counselor in Training programs — eventually becoming a head counselor in 2014.
In 2015, she became a nanny for a wonderful family (TLC alumni!), and she still maintains a close relationship with them today. Megan officially joined The Learning Center family in 2017–2018 and has loved being part of the school ever since.
Over the years, Megan has worn many hats at TLC — from aftercare and support roles to being a support teacher, and eventually lead teacher in the Red Room for three years. With years of hands-on experience, along with relevant certifications and coursework, she is thrilled to step into her new role as Co-Administrator.
Megan looks forward to collaborating closely with teachers and families to help grow strong roots in social and emotional learning for all students.
